Folketingets delegation til Europar√•det oplyste den 12. februar 2018, at konferencen er √•ben for alle, men tilmelding er n√łdvendig. Der er et begr√¶nset antal pladser til h√łringen, og pladserne bliver fordelt efter f√łrst-til-m√łlle-princippet.
G√¶ster i Folketinget m√• beregne ekstra tid til registrering i bes√łgsindgangen p√• grund af sikkerhedstjek, og det anbefales derfor at m√łde op ca. en halv time, inden h√łringen begynder.
